Account Management Information (AMI) for Check Operations

The Federal Reserve Banks recently introduced customers to a new way of obtaining their check supplemental information through the AMI application. This was done to help simplify the source of the information for our customers as many of our customers previously received check information from numerous Federal Reserve offices in multiple formats and through a variety of delivery channels.

Below is a list of frequently asked questions on how to use AMI to find the key pieces of information to help you manage your check operations. We encourage customers to review the information below to gain a better understanding of how AMI may provide the information that their employees need, but may not know exists. It is possible that you may be able to sign up additional employees with no additional charge (please review your current usage to determine). Click here to signup additional employees to the AMI service.
