User Roles

Permission to view certain information in the Account Management Information (AMI) application is based on user access roles for Master Account Holders. Master accounts have the option to provide access to staff members based on the type of information they require regarding Payment System Risk activity. Subaccount and respondents are granted the restricted view.

Your institution's End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) will direct the Federal Reserve Banks to assign individual users to one of the following AMI access roles: Restricted View or Non-Restricted View.

Available functions and features include:

• Real-time view of account transactions that have posted to your account
• Variety of reports and inquiry services that can assist you in making account management decisions and complying with Federal Reserve Payments System Risk policies
• Search features and drill-down capabilities from summary to individual details for most transactions
• Online access to your daily Statement of Account, accounting notifications and accounting advices
• Download features for your intra-day activity
• Customers should only request one level and if there are any questions about the appropriate level options, please contact the local Federal Reserve Bank Office.
