Browses, Queries, & Reports

The FedCash Custodial Inventory browses, queries, and reports functions are used to view CI activity and review information on transactions. 

The Remote Vault Staff and the Remote Vault Manager roles have Browses, Queries, and Reports capability.

The Executive Manager user role does not have Browses capability.

Browses

Provide view only "drill" down reports to:

• Deposits
• Inventory
• Inventory Corrections
• Transfers In from Processing
• Transfers Out for Processing
• Withdrawals

Queries

Provide information on the currency holdings and users at the Custodial Inventory for a specified date or date range.

• DI Holdings
• DI Payments
• Forced Settlement
• Inventory
• Out for Processing
• User List
• Holdings Violations
• Monthly Unannounced Management Inventory

Reports

Review reports on:

• Holdings
• Inventory
• Vault Status
