The Federal Reserve Banks have developed contingency planning guides for customers accessing FedACH Services via FedPhone, FedMail, FedLine Web, FedLine Advantage, FedLine Command, and FedLine Direct. These guides are designed to help institutions prepare for service disruptions or problems related to hardware, software, data transmission or subscriber access and to identify steps to take during such situations.
The guides for FedMail and FedPhone are available on FRBservices.org. Click Business Continuity in the left-hand navigation, then choose FedACH Services Business Continuity from the box on the right. The guides for the FedLine Web and FedLine Advantage access solutions are available via the EUAC Center.
