Service Charge Information provides access to information contained on the Billing statements at both the summary and detailed levels. Customers are able to point and click to "drill-down" from the highest summarized level to the most detailed level of information available. The application also offers a variety of reports and inquiry services that provide insight to the specific billing activity in a customer's account. In addition, it provides data download capabilities that offer a reliable and timely source of information to assist in the analysis of billing activity. Customers also have the ability to print a hard copy version of their Summary Statement of Service Charges from the application.
