Contingency Planning Guides

The Federal Reserve Banks have developed contingency planning guides for customers accessing Fedwire Services via FedMail, FedLine Advantage, and FedLine Direct. These guides are designed to help institutions prepare for service disruptions or problems related to hardware, software, data transmission or subscriber access and to identify steps to take during such situations.

The guide for FedMail is available on FRBservices.org. Click Business Continuity in the left-hand navigation, then choose Fedwire Services Business Continuity from the box on the right. The guide for FedLine Advantage are available via the EUAC Center. The FedLine Direct guide was mailed to the EUAC on file for these services in November 2008.
